About two months ago I came across a website called Love Bomb. Every Thursday they send out an email about a person who is really struggling or experiencing rough times in their life. Love bomb includes a link to their website/blog and your job is to head over to that person's site and leave them an encouraging comment. By the end of the day they will have received many, many nice comments just when they are needed most.
