The other day I saw this post on 1000 Awesome Things. It doesn't happen very often that somebody pronounces my last name right on the first try, but when they do it is awesome! In the mean time, I do a lot of correcting....
P.S. The title of this post could be read as either A+ or A plus...such as bonus. You decide.

Haha, I don't anybody got my maiden name right on the first try. Or the 5th. Or the 100th.
It's nice having such an easy married name. My maiden name was froelich, pronounced "Fro-lick."
Also, thanks for the blog comment. I usually buy canned pumpkin, but I found a deal buying it at Costco (since I knew I'd use a ton). It's super easy to roast pumpkin though.
Buy pie-pumpkins for pie, they're usually 1-4lbs. Just slice it into quarters, scoop out the seeds and lie it flesh down on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for a half hour or so until it's soft and then you can just mash it up.
Valerie- I can imagine not, it is a hard one!
Rebeccah- Froelich is a little tougher!
I will have to check out Sam's Club (no Costco out here!) and see if they have canned pumpkin for cheap.
I just bought a pumpkin pie pumpkin today so I'll have to give baking it a try. Thanks for your comment!
